Apollo Soyuz Test Project

 

         

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Apollo Soyuz was the first international cooperative effort, 

designed to test the compatibility of rendezvous and docking systems 

for American and Soviet spacecraft. 

It also paved the way for future joint manned flights.
