spread throughout 

the Orion Arm of the Galaxy.

the Lyran War.

some tens of thousands of years ago

the Lyran Civilisation was expanding in all directions.

when it was suddenly attacked by the Reptoids

from Alpha Draconis and Altair,

with their allies the Greys from Zeta Reticula.

Then followed the Lyran Wars,

which ended when their home planet was destroyed

by a planetbuster bomb,

and waves of refugees streamed out of the system

heading for the Pleiades system,

Tau Ceti, Epsilon Eridani, the Hyades and Wolf 242 systems.

The survivors of this war then formed

the Federation of Humans, pledging to defend each other,

and band together to combat the Reptoids

and the Greys.
