and though they are a warrior race they possess high ethical standards.

The Sirians have waged war in the past with the Orion Empire,

or the Unholy Six reptilian star systems in the Orion open cluster.

This ancient dispute concerns the overlordship

of 21 star systems including that of Sol.

This dispute between the Sirians and Orion Reptoids

 dates back to the ancient invasion of Orion

 by the Draconian Empire,

as a result of which many Nordic type humanoids

escaped to Procyon, Sol, Sirius and elsewhere.

The Sirians joined the Federation and formed the Ashtar Collective

to spearhead the opposition to the Reptoids of Gorn.
